Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

The Claremont is in an excellent location for shops and sea front it's very clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast Des and Mel are great hosts very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay there again

Patika viss,atrašanās vieta, istaba, brokastis,personāls. Viesu nams atrodas tuvu sabiedriskajam transportam, izejot no tā jau ir redzama jūra. Istaba nav liela, bet ļoti ērta,ir viss nepieciešamais. Brokastis tikko pagatavotas,garšīgas. Saimnieki ļoti patīkami cilvēki.

The breakfast was excellent and good choice. First time we have been to this hotel but will come again. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly, nothing too much to make you have a good holiday. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom and shower/bathroom met very high standard.

Everything - couldn't fault the Claremont. Breakfast was lovely. Sea view as promised. The room was spacious and clean. Hosts were excellent.
