Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved everything. The room was light and clean bed comfortable. Breakfast was to your liking and a choice The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough .

Clean smart room with good heating in room snd shower. Breakfast really good. Thanks for early light breakfast on moring for early start

On street parking ok but busy.long walk one day but acceptable

The room was very nice, bright and clean. The bed very comfortable. and we appreciated the bright lacework on the four poster bed! The staff very helpful indeed. Many breakfast options and they will tailor it to please you. Free parking nearby. Town a short walk. Reallly liked the Old Hunsanton beach which was a short walk away. Nice weather too! Hope to return!

The main bathroom light was a bit dim so we always used the optional mirror light to boost the brightness . Breakfast starts at 8.30am but would prefer the option of an earlier start so we have a better chance to get good parking if driving elsewhere to visit.

My first time in the Guesthouse's beautiful spacious bedroom sea view from the window, Des and Mo are a lovely couple I can't wait to come back again I really recommend it.
