Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fantastic."

Location room breakfast was fantastic Dec &Mo looked after us very well.

Next time we good due to our age and health we would request a ground floor room the stairs to much for us we should have asked at Tim e of booking but we loved our stay.

"This was my 2nd stay at The Claremont as I enjoyed it the first time. I'll likely return some day."

Claremont takes good care of their guests. Mo in particular takes the time to ask what the guests are planning for the day, and the next morning asks how their day was. When I left, I accidentally left my walking stick behind, and Mo came running after me, carrying it like an Olympic torch, and caught me just as I was about to board my bus. That's excellent service! Thanks Mo!

I found the bed rather hard so it took a little bit to get used to it. Everything else was great.

Mo and Des were very welcoming. The guesthouse was very clean and tidy. Our room 4 was a good size. We had a four poster bed. We could see the sea from the side window. Very close to the green. Breakfast was amazing and lots of it. A very nice guesthouse. Would definitely recommend.
