Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent Experience At Claremont Guesthouse"

Des and Mo are excellent hosts; very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Claremont Guesthouse is comfortable, in a great location and a lovely atmosphere in the dining room for breakfast. The lounge is available for guests use. We would definitely go back again and recommend to family and friends.

Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely fantastic the owners were lovely,it was spotlessly clean there was everything you could need in the room and the breakfast was excellent

Parking can be a bit difficult at busy times

Location of the property, friendliness of staff and overall experience

Downside was there’s only a half hour window for breakfast (between 08:30 and 09:00) and check out is by 10am. Not leaving much time to eat and get sorted.
