"Somewhere to stay, don't have high expectations for a breakfast"

Just somewhere to sleep, overall the experience was lacklustre.

Room was average and not as expected from photos. Breakfast was very disappointing - actually booked the place based on good reviews of this. Only some bread and cereal on offer. No tea or coffee at all and limited milk/cereal. We actually went to another local hotel and bought a breakfast.

The hosts were very welcoming, everything was clean, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely return if we have another family occasion we have to stay over for

There was nothing to not like. They had thought of everything that would be needed.

Brilliant find, host's we're amazing, correspondence was first class, nothing was too much trouble, room was impeccably clean and tidy, all the niceties were there for breakfast, was lovely and quiet, but close enough for everything,will be most definitely be returning, highly recommend
