Great location just outside of Belfast, easy walking distance along the shore path into Holywell for food/drinks etc. Tim, a fabulous host and Dillon the lovable Labrador, made the home complete. Thoroughly enjoyed our very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend!

It was very friendly, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, close to places to eat out and go for a walk, and nice and quiet.

Great location, accommodation was excellent and our host, Tim was so friendly and helpful. We had an Ulster Fry for breakfast and it was lovely.

The host and his amazing dog made ua feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean and extremely well appointed. The bathroom was an experience in itself. You just have to see for yourselves. The breakfast food options were varied and fresh.

These are minor improvements that could be implemented for the breakfast space. A pitcher of water could be left out during the night, in case guests wanted to avail themselves of the tea on offer in the early mornings. As well as a tray or a space for used dishes.

Peaceful and beautiful location, spotlessly clean and beautifully finished. Super comfortable bed. Personal and thoughtful touches in the room. The warmest and most helpful host. 10 out of 10!

Nothing.

Bed was comfortable(and bigger than the one we have at home), and Tim was an amazing host. Breakfast was so nice, and there were many foods to choose from. Loved that there were both hot and cold options.

I really hoped to enjoy a hot bath, but the water turned cold before I could fill the bath all of the way. That was a tad bit disappointing.
