Perfect, quiet location. The barn is comfortable, well equipped and well decorated.

The skylight in the bedroom leads to very early morning light.

Everything very nice.

This is the second time I have stayed here for two nights. It is perfect for my sales visits within a 50 mile radius and is perfect to unwind at the end of the day. Parking with an amazing room in a farm building renovation and peace and quiet as surrounded by countryside. There is a kitchen for heating food along with a fridge and an excellent cold buffet breakfast available along with toast and yogurt,juice etc. A perfect stay at great value compared to those horrible corporate hotels. I loved the ‘oldness’ of it. It has been brilliantly converted from a lambing shed but keeping the old beams was genius

Lovely location with views over the garden and countryside, peaceful yet not far from the M4 and Newbury and surrounding towns. Hattie has thought of pretty much everything to make for a comfortable stay and the use of the kitchen is a real bonus. The sitting/dining room is a very comfortable area, shared between the two B&B rooms. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent; very comfortable bed.

All was as it should be.

The location was great. Couple of pubs you could drive to and a little restaurant within walking distance. The host provided a lovely breakfast every morning, quality food. It was lovely. The facilities were perfect, comfy and clean!
