Location spot on. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and the heated floor a lovely touch. All in all a very relaxing break.

"Exceptional"

We could not have found or more friendlier, cleaner and comfortable place to stay. Freshly cooked breakfasts with wonderful healthy choices. Lucia was so welcoming. We will definitely stay again if we are in Bexhill.

Friendly, clean, quiet, very comfortable, goid breakfast.

Parking was limited. There were a lot of stairs to climb to access our room.
