Lucia was an excellent hostess, and made delicious breakfasts! My room was wonderfully peaceful, and Bexhill is a charming town, without the hustle of more popular seaside towns. Highly recommended!

Good location Lucia the owner was very friendly and accommodating with breakfast requests. Vicky who helped with breakfast was also very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, locally sourced produce used. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly! (Set white & runny yolks) 😀 Bedroom and en-suite extremely clean Room was a good size and bed comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was delicious - good variety and beautifully presented. All freshly cooked. No problem to have extra coffee or toast.

As far as I was concerned there was nothing to dislike. Being a B and B the standard was much higher than I would normally anticipate. Beautifully and tastefully furnished.
