"Fab little guest house."

Staff pleasant and helpful. Prime location opposite the south pier.

No wardrobe. Just a set of draws for 5 of us. And bunk bed mattresses were very thin but ok for smaller kids but we stayed with two teens and they complained the mattress was uncomfortable.

The hotel is right on the sea front opposite the pier. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep

The building is quite old and the room is dusty. Need a good clean. However with the money we've paid its suitable for a one night stay. The windows need fixing as we can feel the draft coming in.

The room was basic and not very clean – cobwebs on the lamp, dirty windows, and the window didn’t close properly so the wind was blowing inside. The view wasn’t nice, but the staff were friendly.
