"Disappointing"

Different house than advertised but very clean had everything we needed

We wasn't in house as advertised was further down street.. there was a cellar (door down was in living room) the lights kept coming on and off we could also here movement down there. not sure if someone was down there or not. Was very unsettled during the night

Nice terraced house in which we had the whole space. The owner was lovely and came and picked us up from in the town. Ideal convenient stay for a trip to Burnley to visit family.

Was apprehensive reading some reviews but the stay was very pleasant. Good for a group of friends, easy to walk into town and area was quiet. No issues with internet, heating worked well, beds of good quality and at an affordable price in the area. Also was allowed early check in which was very kind of the hosts.

Communication ahead of my stay would have been great, had to wait until 24hrs to have confirmation that my stay was going ahead. Shower cold couldn't get water to heat up.
