Internet didn't work no TV to watch as was all threw the Internet no standard TV was cold and crammed with beds wasn't the same place I booked neither no sofa cushions on the back of the sofa was horrible

"This flat shouldn’t be on the list until they put in new beds."

The beds were not fit for sleeping. They looked filthy and we couldn’t sleep there because of this. The mattresses were so old and uncomfortable.
