The owners were really friendly and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was really good and they even made waffles for my 8 year old twins.

Location ideal for Horsey and other beaches. Farm shop nearby with all you need for a day at the beach. Other bigger villages and towns near enough by car.

Excellent breakfast chioce and quality. Nice quiet location. Walking distance from good pub; they do finish foodearly though.

Ian and Lyn are lovely and very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and nothing is too much trouble. There is a lovely friendly pub at the bottom of the lane and the food is good. I would recommend Lawson Cottage for a relaxing weekend thank you.

A few flowers but Lyn isn’t too good with flowers!!!

Breakfast was very good and a nice compact clean room.

The owner said she did not know when we were arriving or how - I had put that with the booking -but she said she doesn,t receive those notifications. We had a longer than needed walk from the Broad to reach the cottage. The local pub The Greyhound needs prior bookingand could not fit us in ,so we were lucky the Pleasure Boat has a temp pizza van.
