"Lovely accommodation and great hosts"

Lovely accommodation in a pretty village. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything you could want. Lyn and Ian were very welcoming and helpful - and they gave us a delicious breakfast!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful Broadland village location. Modern facilities in lovely old cottage. Lovely breakfast taken in nice garden & all comforts provided by great hosts Ian & Lyn 😁👍.

we spent 2 nights here and couldn’t fault it in any way , the owners were so helpful and friendly , the whole place was spotless clean, the breakfast was lovely too. Will def come back and will be recommending this place to family and friends. Amazing location to!!

"Really good, everything we needed."

Everything was just lovely and a quiet location which we love. Great base for us visiting various friends in the area. Excellent breakfast menu and as the weather was glorious we were able to enjoy that in the garden.

Fresh Tomatoes rather than tinned would have added the final touch to a wonderful full English breakfast.

Lovely accommodation and lovely hosts. Location is great for the various places in Norfolk, and the accommodation itself was great for our needs. Breakkie was lovely, and we'd happily stay again 😀
