Location was ideal for travelling to Ireland from the nearby port. The room was large, clean with an excellent bathroom.

1) whilst tea bags were provided in the bedroom, there was no milk.2) Breakfast: when booking the information indicated full English breakfast, but this was not offered, we were asked immediately on arrival if we would like scrambled egg and mushrooms, when both said yes the response was ‘I hope I have enough mushrooms’. Very limited choice of cereal, 3 wheat biscuits and malt wheats, as I do not like either I went without, in all this was the worst breakfast I have had when staying in a B&B booked through booking.com.
