Great facilities. Amazing bathroom and very new shower.

Host was a little abrupt. Felt like i could easily upset or do wrong by her.

The heater quit or was turned off by the owner at 11pm and the room was extremely cold. The owner was late arriving to check us in.

Everything was perfect. Jeanete is a great host :)

the fact the room and bathroom are advertised as private but the woman who runs it comes in and out the room even if your in them and tells you off for using the rooms bed to put stuff on or the other furniture or writes wee notes, the owner will come in the room when you are not in and move your stuff and think you have noticed it’s been moved the rooms are freezing so be prepared to wrap up as the heating will not go on, the rooms are very old fashioned I feel I just walked into my granny room, the bathroom was like walking back to the 60s, and lastly the book out time at 10-10.30 is false as she want you gone after breakfast. I would not recommend anyone to stay in here at all.

Nothing to like, small village, no shops or restaurants.

Travelling through work, unfortunately I was booked for 3 nights. The whole house was freezing and heating was hardly on. I asked the owner to put heating up and the reply was “I can’t afford heating”. I would get woken up at 7:45am by the owner and EXPECTED to be in freezing dining room for breakfast at 8:00. The dining room had no heating source what so ever. This has to be the worst place I have stayed. To make things worse, I was expected to tidy my room and make my own sheets before I left every morning. Bad experience and shocking customer skills. the rooms are outdated as well as the bedsheets. I had to ask for tea bags and milk everyday and no refill was done during the day. Also no TV in the bedroom and the Wi-Fi was really poor.

staying for a family wedding and the property was 5 mins walk from the venue Jeanette was very accommodating.
