Excellent breakfast. Great en suite facilities. Friendly, helpful hostess who remembered each of our names.

Location was perfect for our purpose

Our hostess was friendly and the location was very convenient and close for catching the Cairnryan-Belfast ferry early in the morning. The house was very quiet all night.

We thought we could smell a hint of cigarette smoke in the entryway and in our room.

Loved the location and Janette was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean.

Good sized room and shower

Host Jeanette was not very congenial. Room was a good size, tv was ancient and the wi fi was poor. We booked a room with 2 beds cost £83. We were shown a room with 2 beds, but in the morning we were asked to.pay a supplement in cash of £20 . This is not right, so buyer beware. Also there was a separate door directly to our en suite from the hallway with a key on the outside. This we found quite disturbing.

The breakfast was very good. Our host welcomed us warmly and she showed real interest in us.
