Best ever breakfast I’ve had. Very friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Always happy to help. Excellent location. Wonderful hosts. Easy access to promenade and beach. Stunning views. Will definitely visit again!

The location was excellent, right on the sea front. The owners went out and bought some vegan products for me for breakfast, which was very good of them. A really nice couple.

The room was not en-suite, although the shower room was next door.

Lovely hosts, Teresa and Paul, very friendly and helpful ,Lovely breakfast and spotless clean room well serviced throughout our stay. And a lovely sea view from our room, easy parking on the road outside (no charge) would definitely recommend

"Such an enjoyable stay!"

Right on the promenade near South Beach. Free parking available outside the house, which was a bonus. Paul and Teresa are fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed our morning chats and catch-ups over our lovely breakfast. Rooms are very well appointed and we had a superking bed. And if you're up that early you can see the sunrise from the windows of the rooms that overlook the promenade. We will definitely try and be back.
