Homely, cosy feel. Made to feel very welcome. Paul and Theresa were very friendly and attentive. And it was lovely to meet Evey the dog. The breakfast was very well cooked. The location was excellent. We would very much recommend staying here.

We both have mobility issues and find it hard to balance - especially on slippery services. Unfortunately, the B&B did not provide a chair to use in the shower, which meant we weren't able to use it.

Breakfast fresh cooked to order, fresh coffee; flawless. Location on beach road, free parking on road. Internet wi-fi strong and fast. Room 5 not en-suite, but did have small hand sink. Safe and secure; recommended.

The mattress in room 5 was firmer than I use. Bed covering rather thin; but I'm sure i would have been offered more if I'd requested such.

A bit dated……..Probably not everyone’s cup of tea……but my granddaughter and me had a wonderful time….fantastic couple…….whatever you wanted for breakfast freshly cooked…..a view from the window to die for………summer or winter……..just what we needed……..hope to revisit soon…….this year definitely….

The host's were very friendly and engaged with us.the bedroom and the rest of the of the b@b was very clean.The choice of breakfast was good.

The location and property was superb.Paul and Teresa were excellent hosts and we would love to come back again.The breakfast was very good too and the room had a brilliant sea view which we loved! An excellent place to stay to explore Lowestoft. Thankyou Teresa and Paul.
