It is budget but too budget for me. The bedroom was fine. Bathroom was horrible. Pay for what you get I suppose

We loved it there. Great hosting family and good quiet location. Great breakfast.

No hot water. They accept only cash that we didn’t have and couldn’t get out of ATM nor the restaurant as it was weekend so we end up paying much more.

Super helpful and attentive owners! They made me feel so welcome and made sure I had everything I needed.

I wanted to stay in a place that had beautiful gardens and reminded me of my first bali trip many decades ago. It was perfect. Wonderful staff and the garden was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic.

The dog was a little cranky for the first few days but then tolerated me. May say more about me, than the dog. As noted in other reviews there is no hot water in shower, which I was well aware of. Didn't bother me at all though.

Family run business, tasty breakfast, very nice and friendly owners

I booked this accommodation thanks to very good reviews on Booking. Unfortunately I can’t share positive feedback. 1. The pavement to the rooms was extremely slippery and me and my family slipped numerous times. I took my 70 years old mother on this holiday and I was worried about her safety. 2. I am sorry to say but the rooms were very dirty and I would describe a bathroom as just shocking. We are a family travelling on a budget. I can compromise on modest rooms but never on cleanliness and safety.

Each bungalow is surrounded by a tropical garden. Nice family. A great free breakfast with tropical fruit will be brought to your patio every morning at the requested time. The location is perfect, just between the surfing beach and the sunset beach with amazing cliffs. It is a pleasure to walk through this wonderful countryside village as well as miles along wild beaches or a well-paved tropical trail toward the mountains. There are several quiet restaurants in the village.

There was no hot water faucet at all. However, the water was naturally slightly warm, and it was enough for a comfortable shower in the hot environment. The mosquito net did not help one night out of 7, probably because of higher humidity that rainy day. It was very quiet except for the 3rd night when somebody partied all night across my son’s bungalow. These guests ignored his requests to make it quieter. Eventually, he yelled at them but it didn’t help. The next morning the owner came to me with a request to ask my son to be quiet at night. I didn’t know what was going on yet. I just told her that I did not hear my son but I heard these people. They were not even sorry. Then the owner told me that guy was their old client which made me feel even worse. There is no excuse for bothering other guests. The rest of the week was quiet but we moved to another hotel for the next week just to have a guarantee of a good night's sleep. About the village: The entrance to the main beach is trashed out, and no one seems to care to clean. It is cleaner if you get farther. There is no sidewalks or at least a shoulder on the road coming through the village, and the traffic is very heavy. It is stressful to get to the bank or a store, and even to the wonderful tropical trail in the mountains. The shortcut nature trail from the Tebing Balian to the next number of beaches is very slippery after rain.
