Not a lot, the staff are nice.

Felt a bit dickensian, smelt old and damp. We only had 1 bath towel between us. No towel rail. Generally in need of a refurbishment. Black mould on window frames, in the morning the windows were wet through with condensation. The food, dinner was under seasoned but just okay. Breakfast would have been better if we had of gone to wetherspoons, it again lacked seasoning. The young breakfast waiter worked very hard and very well, he was on his own. He deserves a pat on the back ( Hope they are paying him enough!!)

Central location, stayed on a Saturday night and didn't get disturbed by noise from the main street. Separate entrance allowed us to come and go without going through the restaurant. Friendly staff.

The bathtub was really high, we struggled to get in and out. The room was decorated nicely but there were some cracks and could do with a little TLC.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary! A lovely B&B in an excellent location! The staff were so kind - we had to leave early this morning so they made sure our breakfast was ready for bang on 8.30! Would 10000% recommend and stay again. We stayed in Hares Warren :)

Lot of thought went into the whole place- layout, furniture, breakfast.

The ventilator in the bathroom didn’t work, and I wasn’t a big fan of the coffee and breakfast (but it wasn’t bad)

Very well maintained and perfect for a short stay.

Homely and owners very welcoming.
