We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3

Too many stairs for people of our age!

Really enjoyed my stay . Lovely clean rooms in the middle of town. Staff all friendly and welcoming, i would highly recommend staying there and definitely would stay again.

The decor was pleasantly welcoming. The location was spot on. No traffic noise. Everything was nice and clean. The selection of tea and coffee was just right for me. Friendly, uncomplicated staff at breakfast.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The few small suggestions I had, were accepted most graciously and will have perhaps been implemented by the time you read this!
