Superb breakfast and a very comfy room.

We visited Creates for my wife's 60th birthday, my wife is a big fan of Hares you can't move for moongazing Hares and running Hares in our garden so she was delighted to stay in the Hares Warren. We had a comfortable stay with everything we needed in the room, I requested an iron and ironing board which was in our room when we arrived. Our breakfast was served by the lovely waitress and was delicious, my wife had poached eggs on toast and asked for a couple of extras which were added with no problem, I had the full breakfast which I thoroughly enjoyed. Huge thank you to Ben,Kenny and his staff.

Central to shops, sites and river wye.

Boutique suggests room would be something special. Found to be very basic. Noisy. Could hear, floorboards above creaking and all street noise. Also extra price £6+ required if cereal, yogurt or toast and marmalade with breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Creates ! It was lovely to have a welcome email with directions etc on the day of our stay. When we arrived we had a warm welcome from Kenny, our room was very clean and comfortable with little touches such as bottles of water, slippers and sleep masks made it feel extra special. The evening meal was delicious as were our breakfasts on both days.All the staff were wonderful and with its excellent central location in Monmouth, I would highly recommend staying here ! We certainly plan to stay again. Thank you Kenny and Ben !

We were really impressed especially by the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Very welcoming. Room was spacious, well provisioned & comfortable. Glad there was a fan as it was a hot night. We pre-booked for an evening meal & it was excellent 10/10 for taste & cooked to perfection. Enjoyed our breakfast too & both meals were very generous portions. Would definitely recommend - only here for one night but would love to stay longer next time.

Not sure how secure the key safe is as you can access keys to other rooms. Room was on 3rd floor comfortable beds but very warm. The fan was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the waitress
