This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and a lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient

Breakfast was excellent. Very welcoming and attentive.

Sadly the restaurant was closed during our stay.

Located in the heart of Monmouth just off the high street. Great bathroom with a nice deep bath and good shower. Amazing breakfast in the morning set us up for walking along the River Wye. No parking at the property but good arrival instruction as to where to park with additional help as we checked. An older property so a small amount of creaking floorboards

Lovely room, amazing breakfast, polite and accommodating staff.

The check out time. It was a Saturday. I work Monday to Friday, so if I’m staying over on a weekend I want to option to check out at noon - I’d skip breakfast for that extra shut eye.

Faded but comfortable

We waited 40mins for no breakfast and left hungry and cross. Not even offered a cup of coffee.

Had a wonderful stay, the rooms are beautiful, staff can not do enough for you, the lady is breakfast is so lovely. Location excellent rooms beautiful staff exceptional, cooked breakfast delicious, we will be re booking.

Couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Room has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Recommended if you need somewhere central.

Great location. Tastefully decorated room. Nice tea and coffee set up.

Had to pick up keys from lockbox as restaurant (/checkin) only open on certain days. Very narrow corridors to rooms with lots of obstacles and doors! Water damage in bathroom. Breakfast not served til 8:30am - we were offered continental breakfast at 8am which was appreciated.
