Clean and very comfortable would recommend to able bodied .

No lift but if you’re able bodied then it’s really nice.

Location was amazing, quality of breakfast was very good, beans could be hotter. Bed was comfortable. Check in was very easy although door very hard to open. Lady that served breakfast was very good.

I only eat cereal and fruit but this was very good.

No staircase for my disabled partner.

Beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds and some lovely finishing touches. Great location in the town centre, welcoming and friendly staff and a fabulous restaurant.

This is our second visit to Creates and it didn’t disappoint. Owners are so friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully quirky so don’t expect hotel chain boringness. Attention to detail and thoughtful extras like slippers and eye masks. Definitely our go to when we stay in Monmouth. It also smells amazing due to Ben’s own diffusers. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

My friend and I recently stayed here, and we loved it! The hosts are such lovely people—super attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. From the start, we felt really welcome and well taken care of. The food was fantastic too! They had great breakfast options, plus lunch and dinner, and even gluten-free choices for celiacs like me. Portions were generous, and the prices matched up well with what we got. The area around the B&B is beautiful, and we had a blast exploring. We’re already thinking about coming back! Big thanks to the hosts for an amazing stay—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating spot!

The entire b&b surprised us with the decor and in the middle of a row of shops! Access to the rooms was easy, the rooms comfortable and sufficient. The staff were excellent and very friendly and the food was superb!

The only issues, which we raised with the owners was that it would be useful to have a box or two of tissues in the room and we didn’t know how to turn the heating on as the night was a little chilly when we returned from an evening out.
