Slate Hall

Had a fab weekend. Room was fab. Breakfast served in your room. Had fridge for water milk bottled. Fresh orange and sauces. Cereal tea coffee hot chocolate.

We were greeted by the owners who welcomed us to there home Breakfast was served in your room to a dinning area Complimentary wine biscuits Fridge which contained water orange juice and milk with plenty of room for you to store your own drinks

We stayed at Slate Hall because we were taking part in the Great North Bike Ride on the Sunday morning. Mark was very friendly and seemed interested in what we were doing. He provided an out building for us to store our cycles whilst there. The choice of breakfast was excellent and was well cooked. The choice of teas & coffee was amazing. Highly recommend 10/10

Location was perfect..about a 15 minute walk to the harbour We stayed in the Snuggery, breakfast was not included as we had our own cooking facilities

The main lighting was very bright as there were a number of spotlights, the way to overcome this is to zone the lighting on a 2 gang switch , this is just me I worked in design for over 45 years Most people would find it acceptable

An excellent B&B located within 10 minuets of the town centre. Nothing was to much trouble for the warm welcoming owners. Excellent breakfast and loved having it in our room. Would not hesitate to recommend this amazing property to others :)

Beautiful room. Hosts were amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Nice welcome touches in room. Location was great.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Monique and Mark have really thought about what makes a comfortable and happy break away - and this is what we were afforded ☺️ Clean and comfortable, serviced every day; the rooms were immaculate. Monique and Mark were warm, friendly and helpful. If we ever have the energy to run a B&B, we’d do it just like this; but we will remain happy guests who’d recommend Slate Hall in a heartbeat.

Spacious room. Helpful hosts. Lovely hot shower. Nice fluffy towels. Breakfast served to our room. Couch in the room. So easy to relax in.

Fridge a bit loud when trying to sleep but having the convenience of it was worth it. A minor point though.
