"Great spot for visiting Blackpool"

Hotel was done up nicely, spacious single room, everything you need, comfy, easy access to keys via a lock box and easy check out, very modern and cosy inside, easy, short walk to the main strip, the beach, the centre and only a short tram ride to Pleasure Beach.

It's in a slightly run down area. Creaky floors but that's to be expected in an older building.

Clean, easy to access

No fans. It got a bit warm in the room and a fan would’ve done wonders. Otherwise, the room was clean, location was perfect and your bar staff were great!

One of the nicest places we have stayed in blackpool the lady that was working was one of the nicest down to earth women our baby had us up all night so we slept in and needed the room a little longer (1hour and 30minuits longer )and she was more than happy to do so from the entrance to the room it self smelt and was so fresh and clean couldn’t fault it one bit will definitely return

Amazing stay yet again Amazing staff Rooms very clean and has everything you need in them and a comfortable stay good size rooms with big showers. Towels toilet rolls tea coffee sugar milk mugs kettle dressing tables tv free WiFi plenty of plug sockets and more pervided

I love and liked everything and can't wait to come back next Yr 😌

"Statergic location, good for a short stay."

Strategic location in the centre of the beaches. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Our room was facing the sunrise and sunset so its very hot at night with just one fan doesn’t help much. The bedsheets feels rough/bobbles. It would be better if they got new bedsheets. No tissue, shampoo/body gel provided.
