The rooms were comfortable clean and tastefully decorated. The food for lunch was excellent however a few vegetables would have made it perfect. Breakfast was delicious with fresh and good quality food. Staff were mostly attentive and friendly overall, but one or two of the younger ones perhaps needed a little more training.

Everything! …food was fantastic, the breakfast exceptional, fresh delicious ingredients; staff were lovely, Heidi, the mature waitress, Jay and Mima, to mention a few.

Less than clean access area to the bedroom with many scuff marks on the walls. It is also an area where staff leave their trainers

Excellent friendly, helpful staff that catered for all our needs

We liked everything about our stay. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfasts too. We had lovely evening meals in the restaurant and were well looked after by the waiting staff and the kitchen with our individual requests. A wonderful place to stay for exploring Winchester.
