Biggest highlight for this property is the breakfast The host was also lovely and quite helpful at pointing us to the main pubs and things to do in the area. Comfortable and clean rooms

We were lucky enough to find free street parking nearby but it can be a little tricky.

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Fans in the room were absolutely the best, very much needed and appreciated. 11/10 for the owners, brilliant, facilities are clean and the room was kept as cool as possible.

The 2 single beds were inconvenient, that was manageable, the beds themselves were very thin and springy, felt very cheap and personally I didn't find they where at all comfortable.

Lovely friendly b and b a bit out of Eastbourne in the meads but ideal for walking South Downs way We were able to access room early but did only really need to dump out bags which was ok too Comfy beds Great breakfast Restaurants shops for essentials and pub nearby Town centre 1.5 miles

Nothing Rooms on top floor so need to be able to get upstairs

Good location, helpful staff. Clean property, lovely breakfast.

There were parking restrictions outside which is fine, but best to know in advance. Free parking available for a short walk so no problem overall.
