Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The room was clean, had a comfy bed and included a mini fridge with fresh milk. Breakfast was great with lots of choice including vegetarian options. Convenient location ie a short walk to The Angel pub. Would absolutely recommend to those looking for somewhere to stay in Halesworth.

The whole experience was lovely. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, the park was beautiful, the Angel Hotel in town was perfect for dinner. The hosts were so so welcoming, and breakfast was perfect!

Everything was just so fab. I loved everything.

"Warm welcome and convenient location"

We were going to a wedding nearby and frankly this was the only room still available within 15 mins drive. All we needed was somewhere to change, sleep, and a decent breakfast before we faced a long drive. It's a tiny end-of-terrace on a busy corner, but Steve the host was very accommodating and let us access the room early to get changed. The house is a Tardis - a decent sized comfortable room and large modern bathroom and we got a good night's sleep. We're not cooked breakfast eaters but we could have had a blow-out with locally sourced ingredients and the fresh fruit, muesli, pastry, coffee, etc was all excellent.

Steep stairs - fine for us but wouldn't recommend if you're not good on your pins...

The room was very nicely presented and had all we needed. Some nice hospitality touches in the room. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. It would have been difficult without the hosts help to carry cycles up the steep steps to store for the night.

Just for information, the steps up to the property are very steep as are the stairs. To consider if any mobility issues.

Simon and Steve were perfect hosts. Before we arrived very quick correspondence. Lovely friendly and very hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of extra little touches. Definitely home from home. Breakfast’s delicious. Perfect location for us.
