The breakfast was excellent and the location was good. Ideally, there would be parking on-site, but not possible in this case.

It's really close to a busy main road. and that is not ideal. I thought the provision of ear plugs showed real class. Not many places are that thoughtful, and they are necessary. The only other thing is that I would have preferred curtains rather than merely blinds in the room. The blinds let in too much light early in the morning..

Great communication, room and bathroom clean and had every amenity required plus extra. Host more than accommodating.

Superb breakfast, and options. The hosts Steve and Simon were great hosts, it was just like staying with family. Spotless room, bathroom and everywhere we could see, and tremendous value.

Just a little traffic noise from outside, but we assumed that there would be when we booked, so all good really, nothing our hosts can do about that.

Very friendly hosts. Well appointed room and very large bathroom. I would definitely stay again should I need accommodation in the area.

Location was ideal for our purposes, breakfast was excellent and there were extra little touches that were not expected and greatly appreciated. Steve and Simon could not have been more helpful.

Very clean, decent breakfast, accommodating hosts. The hosts kindly provided us with extra pastries to take on our journey home following our overnight stay.

Very good breakfast cooked to order. Also a nice selection of fruit, cereals, fruit juice, pastries and cakes.

Some of the bathroom facilities - the toilet cover closed on sitting on the seat, I gave up waiting for hot water to come from the shower as I didn’t want to waste water. An extra place to put toiletries rather than using the window sill.
