"Exceptional"

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was so nice, with everything I could possibly want, provided for.

There was no on site parking. It was not a problem, but it would have been nice.

"Worth a visit.....for the beakfast alone!"

No complaints here......room was immaculate and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend.

The TV in the room was a little on the small side, and the bathroom was a separate room rather than en suite. Also its quite close to a main rd, but was still pretty quiet. However these are very minor issues and I very much enjoyed our stay

"Friendly, peaceful home from home with a super comfy bed and warm welcome."

Steve and Simon were welcoming and chatty, I felt really comfortable staying at their - and I hate being away from home! Really spacious bathroom, spacious light bedroom, bougie bath and shower and THE most comfortable bed. Not the usual thin memory foam. The house is on a busy road but it was super quiet at night and only a very short walk from the train station and the town centre. Generous, lovingly made breakfast and an abundance of snacks and hot drinks in the room.

"Relaxing"

Breakfast was lovely and host very friendly. The finish of the room and the bathroom were top notch, would definitely recommend. Steve left me some sweets which were very nice and then replenished my supply for my second night which was a thoughtful touch.

Couldn't get the shower to a cold enough setting as I like a coldish shower in the morning.
