The property was spotless inside to the nth degree. Paula and Tom were very warm, friendly and welcoming. Not strangers, rather friends we hadn’t met until now. Everything we needed was provided plus local knowledge for things to do.

There’s ~20 steps to the property but once there, the view over the estuary was splendid. Cornwall is hilly though.

The breakfasts were exceptionally good. Room was bigger than the average B&B room, as was the en suite. Everything provided - even bath robes and slippers. Tom and Paula are lovely - very welcoming

We were really impressed with both the house and the room. Paula and Tom were very accommodating and made us feel really welcome. The view whilst having breakfast and the food itself set the tone for a great visit. Definitely look to using Schooner Point when we are back in the area.

Beautiful view from bedroom window. Steps up to the guest house were a bit much for my husband.

The property was well maintained but don’t use the back steps if you are not agile. The front ones are easier.
