Great location very very close to the cathedral and the castle. Warm welcome and lovely breakfast. Characterful room. Friendly owner let us leave our bags after we checked out which meant we could carry on site seeing on our last day.

Was worried about the bedroom blind as when I let it down at night, I couldn’t raise it in the morning! Plus had difficulty in getting the shower to get cold in, so it was very hot!! But a lovely 2 nights and slept well!

Lovely staff, great location, fabulous breakfast. On site parking included, which is always a bonus.

Very tight entrance to car park and awkward to manover, so you just need to be careful. Really minor but it would be good to have a well lit mirror to sit and apply makeup/dry hair and a couple of hooks on the back of the door to hang coats etc.
