First visit to Lincoln what a great place and the hotel was the best , free parking and the hosts were the friendliest I’ve ever known , special mention to the room 8 for peaceful location and the breakfast was to die for

The hotel is realy old and still has that atmosphere it was a pleasure to stay in a place that has so much history. The hosts were lovely and very attentative. The breakfast was great.

The entrance to the car park is very tight. But i accept nothing can be done about this.

Friendly and helpful owners. On-site parking is a bonus although a bit tight squeeze to access and manoeuvre within.

Although it wasn't an issue to ask for it, a jug of water could be added to the selection of juices at breakfast.

The swinging opticians sign outside our window kept us awake but the guest was lovely and the owner Paul very hospitable. Slightly overpriced as well.

Excellent location in medieval centre between cathedral and castle. Good welcome, friendly staff and excellent full English breakfast.

But hair-raising driving the car through the narrow arch/ tunnel designed for horses in the 12 century! But lady helped us park.
