Everything all 5 star would fully recommend fantastic choice for freshly cooked breakfast friendly staff informative rooms were quirky and beautifully decorated tea/coffee in rooms lovely bathroom beds soft comfy and warm great view too would go again

It is a beautiful building in a great location in the old town, with parking. Our room was lovely. The host and staff were very helpful. Excellent cooked breakfast choices too. A superb place to stay. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Lincoln. Thanks Paul & Christina and all the staff!

Could have better lighting by the mirror for doing hair & makeup. Everything else was perfect

Wonderful place to stay.Was made to feel very welcome and had a great stay.Evrywhere was very clean and the room was to a high standard.Top all that with a great breakfast and you won't be disappointed here.
