A very pleasant looking place, good location for where we were traveling - nice atmosphere in the bar area. Good sized room and a comfy bed

The room was very cold - the heating was not on when we arrived and turned off soon after and then was off all night. We needed to leave around 8.30am and breakfast we were told would not be available until after 9am. We could not even arrange a slice of toast

The property was clean and tidy, the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was really good. Thoroughly recommend this B&B

Did not have breakfast, it was £16 extra per person. Beer selection and wine was ok

The pub was in need of some TLC, had to ask for the heating to be put on, the shower was poor, variable flow and temperature. The sea food chowder was very thin and lacked sea food and taste.

Location near the SWCP was great though glad we had a car! Comfy beds & clean rooms. Breakfast excellent. Food served in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely excellent.

Earliest breakfast was served was 9am which was too late for my friend who needed to be on her way on the SWCP before then. My room was over the bar which was noisy though had quietened down by 22.30
