Busua Inn

Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen und die Lage ist direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Die Besitzerin und ihr Partner sind sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit.

Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt, nicht zu toppen. Wir konnten eine Tour nach Butre über die Unterkunft buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und es scheint sich nicht mehr richtig darum gekümmert zu werden. Die Eigentümerin befindet sich in Frankreich (zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes) und Auskünfte, wie das man in US-$ zahlen kann, waren falsch. Das Personal ist nicht besonders gesprächig. Das Licht oben hat nicht funktioniert, die Veranda war völlig ohne Licht. Man konnte dort abends also keine Zeit verbringen. Unten der Bereich ist auch nicht gerade einladend. Es gibt häufiger kein pder kaum fließendes Wasser. Nur ein Zimmer hat überhaupt warmes Wasser. Die Zimmer wirken ein wenig vernachlässigt und sind nicht gerade im Top-Zustand.

Grundsätzlich eine schön Unterkunft mit netten Personal bis auf das man uns ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gegeben hat und sagte es kostet nur etwas mehr als das was wir gebucht haben und am nächsten Tag wollte man das vierfache des Zimmerpreises für die Klimaanlage ! Das waren 1.000 cédi

Good location

Danille the owner was extremely rude. Kicked us out of our room after she double booked it with someone else. Called us names and yelled at us when we tried telling her that wasn’t fair and showed her our booking confirmations.

The food! The chef is really good!

The large room is largely overpriced. First, the price you see does not include taxes, so I ended up paying about 70 euros per night. Second, the view to the sea is poor; you can barely see the sea - the window is dirty and the trees cover the view. Third, the balcony is shared; it's just a small breakout area shared by other people. Fourth, the money you pay does not match the quality of the room; the bathroom for example is extremely humid, the toilet has sometimes problems flushing, and the toilet paper is the cheapest you can find. On top of everything, I was (kindly) asked by the owner to not stream (youtube etc.), because they did not want the wi-fi bill to go up (after paying 70 euros per night, that was pretty surprising!). Finally, after an ok experience, two surprises made it worse; one was the taxes (that I already mentioned), and the other one was an 8 euros fee that the owner added to the bill to cover the bank transaction fee (i.e., they do not take card, so I had to do a bank transfer)
