Clean room and good water pressure.

The property is listed as 24 hour front desk staff but has no staff on property. The instructions to enter are not overly clear as they give you a code for the front door when you need to use a key fob. They don’t have enough parking places but don’t specifically tell you where free on street parking is located. The bathroom had hand soap, and nothing else. No shampoo, so body wash. We had to go to a nearby grocery store and purchase these items. Breakfast was ridiculous. Bread, pre-packaged croissants and cereal is all they offered. Instant coffee and a box of tea that everyone has had their fingers on are the hot drink options.

Nice location room very clean and bed very comfortable.Tea,coffee biscuits and iron brew .Good parking right beside house.

Nowhere in shower to place your toiletries or hooks to hang towels.

Good location for exploring Oban. Room and bathroom very clean, although a bit small. Good communications.

Breakfast is pretty basic, but I guess that’s reflected in the price compared to other places.

Room perfect , parking and distance close to town , breakfast good continental, cosy room n bed , good toilet too

Occasionally little noisy from other guests perhaps little sign saying for to remind other guests staying please limit the noise

The bathroom was pretty dark and could use better lighting. The wifi was really bad - I had to sit in the bathroom to get a signal.
