Fairhaven, Oban Town Centre

Location was amazing, clean quiet area and room just what we needed for a few nights.

A window that opens. Sorry, but can feel quite claustrophobic when a window doesn’t open.

Excellent location only a few mins walk from town centre Spotlessly clean

no where to hang your clothes issue with shower head moving had to shower holding onto it

Good DIY option and facilities.

Not much TBH - maybe a bottle water as opposed to the fizzy drink on the tea tray

We do like fresh milk with our tea or coffee in room. Fridge available would have been great

Booked a room but didn't get any information needed for the check-in lockbox. They advertise that they have a 24h reception but there was no one around when we arrived. Waited for 2h outside the building and tried to call multiple times to all four numbers they had listed. No one answered. Also sent multiple emails but no answer. After we had already booked another hotel they sent the information needed for the lockbox. We never got to our room. I have tried to send them multiple emails and waited over a week for an answer, but they still haven't answered to any of my contacts. Avoid this place.
