Fairhaven, Oban Town Centre

Unfortunately I can't really comment on this accommodation because we never actually got to stay there. When we arrived (very easy to find) we phoned a number that was on the wall to see if we could leave our luggage and was informed that this accommodation was closed, even though we had paid for it a week before and receiving an email that morning with instructions on how to get in! But I will say that the guy I spoke to got alternative accommodation for us very quickly.

As above very stressful to arrive at accommodation to be informed that it wasn't avaliable.

I really liked my room.

I was not a fan of the breakfast. It was very basic. I like a hearty, nutritious breakfast.

Easy to find. Comfy bed. Clean. Loved the irn bru and biscuits. Nice touch. Would stay again.

Room was really hot. Needed a fan or a bigger window.

Clean, good quiet location for ferry terminal, complementary irn bru and biscuits

No toiletries for shower, this would have been a great and handy touch, the sealant round shower could have done with being redone

Easy check in, good shower pressure, great location. Didn’t try the breakfast

No toiletries, anyone walking past can see right into the bedroom so had to have the blind down until we left, and no staff on the property

The property had all the amenities my cousin and I needed. Parking off street very clean and warm bedroom with a walk in shower in the en-suite bathroom easy walking distance to the town centre.

No complaints
