Breakfast basic - as expected. Location good.

The front door was so confusing took me twenty minutes to enter then no one answered call

The room and bathroom were modern and bright. Easy to find, on site parking, instructions from owners were clear. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a plentiful continental. It was good value for money.

Room was small but then it was an old building we managed just fine

Very clean and comfortable, loads of tea/coffee/snacks in the room. Self service continental breakfast was more than adequate and there was plenty of everything.

It felt a bit impersonal not having anyone to welcome us on arrival or at breakfast. We liked the concept but a wee bit of contact with someone…just to check we had everything, would have been appreciated.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The instructions for getting into the room were very clear and straight forward.

The shower had mould, the door was not fitted and the shower head was held up by tape until the tape came off. The wifi hardly worked. Hopefully these will be fixed before the next person arrives. It seemed strange never to see anyone on site.

This was a great location within walking distance to everything in town. Comfortable and a nice easy included breakfast to begin your day! For the price, and location I would recommend!
