"Dirty room, far too much for that level cleanliness"

The location was good, the room was comfortable, lots complimentary snacks/ drinks and the balcony.

Lots of dust and cobwebs behind curtain, bed, on the ceiling, in the lampshades and on wardrobe. Hairs in most drawers. Mirror and top of fridge dirty. Lots of scale in shower. Lack of wineglasses. Four poster bed was only two poster. Stained carpet and rug. Room was tired. Only member of staff seen during stay wasn’t actually rude but wasn’t very hospitable.

"A fabulous beautiful place to stay."

Beautiful room in an excellent location. Lots of extra goodies - breakfast, chocolate brownies and nice selection of drinks. Everywhere was spotless. Beautiful furniture and decor. Place smells amazing.

The only bad thing was the comfort of the pillows. All 4 were lumpy and hard, which was a shame as everything else was perfect.

It was a lovely room.

Unfortunately there was lots of hair in the bath so it put me off using it. So showered only.

"Perfect night by the sea"

We only had 1 night but we enjoyed the night and day.

We liked everything as no stone left unturned to make our stay a exceptional one.

Amazing design and quality. Fantastic facilities.

We had 4 spiders in our wet room, 2 of which were palm sized. We could also hear every footstep from the people on the room above.

Upstairs was quiet noisy up and down stairs all evening but apart from that I was a lovely place to stay

Food and drink waiting for me was an absolute delight! Great location and so close to the beach. Wonderful town!
