"we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it."

the room was large and comfortable, clean and spacious. some complementary food and drinks were made available. the location was excellent.

we had a dog and our room was on the first floor. when the dog needed to go out navigating the stairs was tricky and so ideally it would have been better on the ground floor.

Absolutely delighted with our stay and Barney loved it too. Room was lovely had everything we needed and more .. the picnic breakfast was absolutely lovely a really nice touch

My husband was kept awake by the dog upstairs walking backwards and forwards all night but I didn’t hear a thing

Location ,loved decor downstairs and friendly staff . Fresh produce for breakfast but would of preferred an option for a cooked breakfast.

We would of liked to of relaxed outside in the garden but no cushions on garden furniture despite it being very hot weather. Tap loose on sink and mould under the basin. We stayed in room 1 Extremely noisy guests below us until late and woken by their 2 dogs at 7 am this was room 4 .

Large comfy bed, well equipped rooms close to Hunstanton centre and amenities

Room 5 looking tired worn and dirty carpet, cracked broken floor tile, torn door curtain, sink plug doesn’t work and smell of drains from the toilet.

"An absolute definite."

Very nicely decorated, very stylish room. I had my own private entrance and a little patio to myself (room 5) The bath was just what was needed after a long cross country motorcycle ride to get to Hunstanton. Coffee and brownies were a welcomed treat on arrival. Extremely pleased with my choice to stay here I would definitely recommend this to anybody. The bed was sooooo comfy ! I paid £170 for this room and it was worth every penny.

Nothing not to like. Absolutely perfect.
