Beautiful setting and conversion. Helpful host and breakfast was lovely.

My only improvement suggestion would be clearer instructions before arrival about what will happen..the host was super helpful but I felt a bit anxious pulling in about where to go/park/gain access.

Great location and secure. Lovely contry views and lots of wild life in the river. Great breakfast very friendly lady. Sorry I have forgotten her name. Lovley well equipped rooms but retaining old character. Plenty of car parking.

Slight noise from road but not a problem. Will definitely go back.

Close to airport but in the countryside. Lovely to see the animals pottering around. Harpenden a lovely little town to visit.

Friendly owner and lovely rooms with parking right outside. Selection of tea and coffee bags and biscuits on arrival. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail (on timer) meant the room was cosy. Good wifi and a great breakfast, served in the main building across the courtyard. Umbrella provided in the room in case of rain.

In common with a lot of places we stay in, there was black mould staining in the shower area, which could so easily be treated and kept under control. Also the walk in shower area allowed water to spray onto the bathroom floor.

The friendliness and efficiency of Katie. The fabulous breakfast. The cosy and comfortable room.

The room was very comfortabale. The yard was relaxing , lots of birds and wildlife right at your doorstep.
