"Great value for the quality of room and breakfast. Quiet rural location."

Lovely large spacious comfortable rooms finished to a high spec for a good price. Quiet. Great breakfast. Pretty rural setting but very near Harpenden or Luton. Owner has great communication and is helpful. Offered a pull out bed when we needed an extra person and put us on waitlist for a room cancellation.

"A perfect retreat on your way to or from Luton airport"

This is a family hotel on a farm not very far from Luton Airport. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The place is quiet and tranquil. Parking is very convenient.

It was a joy to stay there as it was very peaceful, very clean and the breakfast especially the poached eggs were excellent. Nice to see nature in all it's beauty (ducks,swans, geese and horses). Look forward to staying again.

Everything . A lovely welcome from Katie the owner . Spotless bedroom with an amazing shower in the ensuite bathroom . Tea & coffee making facility plus complimentary biscuits on our arrival . Excellent breakfast . Fresh fruit , cereal etc followed by a full english breakfast . Absolute value for money .Will absolutely return when back in the area . No hesitation . Recommend .
