"Delightful, accommodation and perfect location for Launde Abbey"

A lovely welcome and room was perfect, comfortable with coffee, teas, biscuits, nuts and packets of chedders, and pkt of mini-cookies. Bed very comfy, bathroom facilities excellent, and breakfast brought on a trolley, and very tasty. A lovely experience, will definitely come again - excellent value. :)

"On Oasis in Oakham."

Lvly warm welcome to my own little bedsit..with my own front door...very comfortable and clean and very well appointed with excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast thoughtfully presented. A reallyl peaceful oasis on a busy trip....and really close to beautiful interesting Oakham and Rutland Water for exploring.

No complaints at all!!!

The room was very clean and I had everything I wanted. Breakfast was also excellent, served in my room.

Soundproofing could have been better as conversations in the early hours (3 a.m.) woke me up.
