B&B good, easy to find, breakfast very nice. En suite excellent, plenty of towels. Excellent "welcome" pack, lots of useful local information.

Only thing was breakfast tray was rather crowded.

I didn't really know what to expect as it's not a hotel, but I was very impressed. It was a perfect little annex. The breakfast was lovely. I was in the area for an organised 11km run with the company I work for, and I was very kindly allowed to leave my things there past the checking out time, and also to come back in the afternoon for a shower, which was very much appreciated.

I couldn't find a hairdryer, but not really an issue.

The breakfast was excellent. Location about 20 minutes from Rutland town centre, but as I was on a walking holiday, a bit of extra walking to meet up with the rest of my group wasn't an issue. Didn't use WiFi while I was there - though an open folder made me aware it was available. Didn't have too much interaction with couple who own the B&B as breakfast was served on a trolley to my room.

Could have found somewhere closer to town centre, but the good value for money of the property made up for this.

There was lots of flexible and a quick check in/out. Room was provided with many tea/coffee options. There was an excellent guide to facilities and local area. Located in a quiet location but easy walking to the town. Finished off with a very welcomed breakfast.

The hosts are both lovely and interesting to talk to. Breakfast was really nice and arrived on the dot in the mornings!

The centre of town is quite a fair walk, but if you have a car it’s not an issue. Parking is freely available on the road outside the property.
