Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts; good sized and comfortable en-suite private room with thoughtful extras to make my stay more enjoyable. Very quiet area which was perfectly located for my visit to Rutland water. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely, private courtyard garden which I was able to sit out in and relax. Would definitely use again. Excellent value

As this is a family setting. Outside the patio doors it was noisy as they all sat outside
