Chris and John are a lovely couple who rent out their granny flat. The bed is amazingly comfortable And who knew. Chris also produced a lovely breakfast which I wasn’t expecting Thank you.

Excellent huge breakfast offered. Comfortable large bed Wide selection of beverages Generous snacks Good shower…guidance on operating would be helpful ( I was soaked in cold water)

Suggestion…replace the unpleasant picture of a dark doorway by a picture of the house in daylight. The property is a detached bungalow in a pleasant neighborhood. Perhaps the chair could be upgraded? Noise..the hosts tv was audible until 1245 …when I banged on the wall.

for me the location was a 30 min walk from my workplace but I chose to walk, otherwise it would have been a very quick drive. Apart from a slightly temperamental door to the annex, it was a super comfy space and I had 4 of the best nights sleep I have had in ages! A loaded continental breakfast trolley was presented each morning; way more than I actually needed but very very thoughtful. There was also a great range of tea/coffee choices in the room along with some cutlery and crockery so I could bring back some food to eat in if I wanted to. Lovely big bathroom, everything I needed.

Absolutely perfect! I have stayed on 2 occasions recently and could not have asked for a better place to stay. John and Christine as so accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast...well, you are definitely in for a delight! The room and facilities are spotlessly clean and even more importantly - the bed is so comfortable. Thank you both so much, I really enjoyed my stays with you.

Only downside was the lack of workspace for my laptop etc.

Property was located in a very quiet part of town. Parking was easy. The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided a lot of choices. It would have been too much to eat everything! WiFi was good. Information booklet was good. Owner was friendly and welcoming.

A minor point but there were a few things left in the chest of drawers and the drawers didn't look great. There wasn't much space in the room, just enough to get around the bed. There was no table to rest a laptop on.

John and Christine have thought of everything. Nice quiet location, close to the town.
